The overhaul work of two LM56.3+3 slag vertical mills at Rizhao Steel Yingkou Medium Plate Co., Ltd., which was undertaken by ADV Process Co., Ltd., recently has successfully resumed commercial production and is accepted by client.

Due to the urgent requirements to restore production, ADV overcame various unfavorable factors such as severe cold (minus 20 ℃), strong winds, freezing and cross work etc. at site, successfully implemented the whole scope of work within 20-day stipulated by the contract, the overhaul work including replacing two master rollers , two support rollers, main reducer of the mill, bearing of the LDC classifier, screw feeder, furnace gas cut-off valve etc. which includes almost all of the maintenance work of slag mill.

After half year operation, the equipment involved in this overhaul has operated with zero faults. The whole work has gotten high appreciation of client and proved ADV’s professional capabilities and client-orientated altitude in after-sales sector.
